Trading Terms and Conditions

Payments:

• All payments must be made within 14 days from the date of sale.

• If payment is not received within 14 days from the date of sale, Clicktobuy.com.au reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

• Pumpstore.co.nz accepts  Credit card or Paypal only.

Delivery:

• All products will be dispatched via New Zealand Post.

• We don't responsible for loss in transit unless it was sent by register post or insurance covered. But we will try our best contact Post Office for investigation.

Warranty:

• Warranty period for each item is displayed clearly on the item page, We are a wholesale pump company and supplying high quality water pumps well below you can get from the shop. We use reputable factories to manufacture our product. If an item requires repair, though unlikely the buyer will need to ship the item back to us at their expense 

Refunds:

• No refunds are offered in the replacement warranty period, unless Pumpstore.co.nz is unable to replace the stock.

• No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or made an incorrect choice.

• Shipping costs are non refundable.

• Refunds will be issued by Credit card or Paypal .
