Pumpstore.co.nz are using New Zealand Parcel Post deliver the goods to your home, work or PO box addresses, as well as to rural and regional areas within New Zealand.

Delivery: We supply goods to NEW ZEALAND WIDE for $5 Flat Rate (allow 7-9 biz days to deliver) or $15 Express (allow 3-4 biz days to deliver.

During Covid the Post Service might be unstable. Post have experiencing increased parcel volumes and might have some delivery delays than usual. We suggest choose express postage $15(4-5 business days)as this will handle in priority than flat rate $5(7-9 business days) postage.

Order online now!  Goods will be dispatch from our warehouse at Sydney Australia. Goods will be deliver to your door or local post office if unattended via NZ Post.

Door to door delivery to South Pacific Islands is available. Our customers in the South Pacific are happy: Fiji, Niue, New Caledonia, Samoa, French Polynesia, Republic of Kiribati, Nauru, Vanuatu, Tonga and Cook Island and Tonga. Alternatively, you may provide freight forwarder or cargo warehouse address in New Zealand or Australia, and we are happy to arrange delivery to suit your needs.

Return Policy

If you wish to exchange for a different size - no problem, so long as it is unused, unworn, and is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. we will gladly replace it with another one from our range. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. Please contact us in the first instance.

Warranty Policy

We are a wholesale pump company and supplying high quality water pumps well below you can get from the shop. We use reputable factories to manufacture our product. If an item requires repair, though unlikely the buyer will need to ship the item back to us at their expense. Warranty will be approved after inspection from our technicians and determined not to be caused by incorrect operation. We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received and is due to a defect. If the pump is found have been run dry warranty will be void. Not covered by the warranty is damage due to ordinary wear and tear;

For warranty period of product it is state at the bottom of the product description. If there have no warranty period state it will be 3 month support from the date of purchase. Within warranty period repair or replacement will be at Pumpstore own cost. However the postage will be cover by purchaser.
